We have some "cajun" neighbors. Actually, they are great neighbors and they built our house. We were invited over for a crawfish boil. It was delicious! Emily Caroline loves bugs and all sorts of animals so she was facsinated by the live crawfish in the wheel barrow. She kept saying, " I want to see the lobsters."
